The Wise Tree befriends the spruces. Grateful, it asks how to return the favor. Trika asks, Can you tell us how to get to the moon? The Wise Tree says, Soak this rope in the magical river on the mountain. Trika and Cat thank the tree and head to the mountain. At the river, the fairies say the water isn’t magical because a fairy is lost. Trika finds the lost fairy, soaks the rope in the river, and lassos the moon. She climbs to the moon with Cat.

Page 2 The two brothers arrived at the Old Wall and saw the ancient wall and narrow gate. Ming told Wah that this place once defended against pirate invasions. Page 3 As they walked into the village, they saw villagers preparing for the Spring and Autumn Festival. Wah excitedly said, “I want to see these traditional rituals!” Page 4 Ming took Wah to the Tin Hau Temple, where a statue of Tin Hau was enshrined. They saw villagers ringing bells to pray for safety, feeling the power of faith. Page 5 Next, they arrived at the ancient well. Wah curiously asked, “How old is this well?” Ming replied, “It’s an important water source for villagers, over a hundred years old!” Page 6 They visited the Song Ling Tang Temple and admired the beautiful wood carvings and statues. Ming told Wah it was built to honor their ancestors. Page 7 The brothers ran through the fields of the village, enjoying the beauty of nature. Wah said, “The air here is so fresh; I love it!” Page 8 Finally, they sat on a hillside, watching the sunset. Ming and Wah promised to return to Lung Yeuk Tau in the future to explore more secrets!

John Jr's parents seemed pretty receptive to possibly going on a Hot Air Ballon as a family. They told John Jr and Nazut to find out more information. 4. John Jr and Nazut went to the internet. They found a company that wasn't too far from their home. 5. They found out it would cost about $200 per person and would last about an hour. John Jr and Nazut went back and told John Jr's parents and his mom made the reservations. 6. The long awaited day for the hot air balloon arrived and it was beautifully clear. As the pilot inflates the balloon, John Jr and Nazut can feel the heat from the burners and hear them roar. Once balloon was upright everyone boarded the super size basket. The take off was slow. John Jr and Nazut felt a breeze everytime they went to a new altitude. 6. John Jr and Nazut feel weightless as they glide through the air with the wind, traveling at speeds of five to six miles per hour. The 360 degree view was spectacular. Everything below looked so tiny. As the end of the ride approached, John Jr and Nazut thanked the pilot for "a magical experience that' was peaceful, exhilarating, and gentle." 7. The pilot had to keep using the burners to get the balloon to land. Once landed, everyone left the basket. John Jr and Nazut Thanked the pilot for an awesome time.
