When Peter was about to leave the park, Mr. Alex called him and gave Moder to him. Mr. Alex said pleasantly, “Please take good care of him.” Peter gladly replied, “I promise to take good care of this lovely dog.” Peter headed home happily.

One bright sunny day up at the cabin, Waylon wanted to go on an hiking adventure. across flowers that were yellow, blue, pink, orange and purple. Along the way in the magical forest, we saw ants, grasshoppers, and colorful butterflies. The birds were singing to us as we walked the trail. We came across heather-filled meadows showcasing summer alpine wildflowers, blueberries, and huckleberries. There were black bears eating blueberries on the side of the trail. The sun was shining, and the air was clear and crisp. We talked about all of the plants, insects, and animals we saw on are adventure up the mountain. Papa was very proud that Waylon wanted to share his adventures with him. On are way down the mountain we laughed and played in the forest. We climbed trees and large rocks as we were hiking down. We talked about our next great adventure and how much we love each other and the playground that Mother nature has provided for us.

The uncle shared some traditional snacks with them, and they felt the warmth of Lung Yeuk Tau's culture. Page 7 After lunch, they visited the Song Ling Tang Temple. Sam said, “This place is so interesting! We can learn a lot about history here.” Everyone agreed and felt very happy. Miko is a bright, lively and friendly meerkat. He loves popping and looking out of burrows to explore the Kalahari. Miko likes moving from place to place and can’t stay still! Lou is a clever lizard; she loves to imagine the stars in the sky so much that she sometimes forgets to listen in class. Miko and Lou are different from their friends because they both have ADHD Miko struggled to stay still in class. He was always digging burrows and often got distracted during his How to Spot a Predator class. Lou also struggled in class. She couldn’t focus on her Sun Safety class because she was easily distracted by the clouds in the sky and often forgot to take down her homework.After visiting Dr Wild the Wildebeest, Miko and Lou learnt to do things that would help them to manage their ADHD. Although Miko and Lou struggled in class, their ADHD is now an advantage!Miko became the captain of the sand surfing team and had the fastest record in the desert! Miko was also top of his insect tracking class and created the first ever pair of insect spy goggles that could see different insect tracks and tell you what type of insect you are looking at!Lou enjoyed stargazing so much that she was top of the class for astronomy and could name every constellationEven though Miko and Lou had some tough times with their ADHD, they both learnt cool tricks to help them feel better and do their best. They have support from their parents, teachers and classmates. But the best part was that they could count on each other! Miko and Lou learnt how to handle their ADHD together and were always there to help each other when things got tough.
