One day, in Ones Village, the number 3 was trying to give 5 apples to a friend, but there was a problem. 3 didn't have enough apples! Oh no! How can I give 5 apples when I only have 3? thought the number. But in Numberville, the numbers always help each other. So, 3 had an idea: "I’ll borrow some apples from my neighbor in Tens Town!" So, 3 went next door to Tens Town to talk to the number 6 who lived there. "Hey 6, I need to give away more apples than I have. Can I borrow some from you?" 6 smiled and said, "Of course! We’re neighbors, and neighbors always help out." So, 6 gave 1 of its apples to 3, but because it was from Tens Town, it was worth 10 apples! Now, 3 turned into 13 with the borrowed apples! "Yay!" said 13. "Now I have more than enough to give away 5 apples." After sharing 5 apples, 13 was left with 8 apples. And since 6 gave 1 apple to Ones Village, it turned into 5 in Tens Town. The numbers were happy because they helped each other, and everyone got exactly what they needed. And so, whenever a number doesn’t have enough to subtract, they just borrow from their neighbors in Tens Town, and everything works out perfectly.

Title: The Hidden Treasure of the Vineyard Once upon a time, in a peaceful village surrounded by rolling hills and lush greenery, there was a beautiful vineyard. In this vineyard lived an elderly father and his son, Leo. The father loved the vineyard dearly and worked hard every day to care for it. But Leo, on the other hand, was quite lazy and preferred to spend his days lounging under the shade of the trees. One sunny afternoon, the father fell ill. He knew he didn’t have much time left, so he called Leo to his bedside. “My dear son,” he said with a gentle smile, “I have hidden a great treasure in our vineyard. Promise me you won’t sell the land. Instead, dig and till every inch of the soil.” Leo’s eyes widened with excitement at the thought of treasure. He promised his father that he would do as he asked. Soon after, the father passed away, leaving Leo alone with the vineyard and the secret of the hidden treasure. Determined to find the treasure, Leo picked up a shovel and began to dig. Day after day, he worked tirelessly, turning over the soil and caring for the vines. He dug deep and wide, but no matter how hard he searched, he couldn’t find even a single coin. But Kofi's progress was threatened when his brother fell ill, and Kofi felt resentment towards the gods. Kalulu counseled Kofi to let go of these negative feelings and instead focus on being a positive force of kindness and respect towards others. By releasing his resentment, Kofi created space for positivity and joy to enter his life. As Kofi worked alongside the farmers, he realized that everyone had different leadership styles. Some farmers were quiet and went about their work in a methodical thoughtful way. Some liked to gather the workers around them to make sure that each person could speak up and be heard. Some liked to laugh and joke, and inspire the others by working longer and harder. Yet some were more serious, and liked to give clear orders of what to be done and bye when. In respecting and embracing these differences, the kingdom achieved greater success and harmony. Kofi's journey taught him that with a positive attitude, meditation, goal-setting and releasing resentment, he could overcome any obstacle and make a meaningful impact on his kingdom.

Page 7: Lizzy also struggled in class, she couldn’t focus on her sun safety class (she was easily distracted by the clouds in the sky and often forgot to take down her homework ) because of how fast her thoughts were moving. Page 8: (Miko and Lizzy struggled in class but their ADHD was an advantage!) After visiting Dr Wild, the Wildebeest, Miko and Lizzy learnt to do things that would help them to manage their ADHD. Page 9: Miko became the captain of the sand surfing team and had the fastest record in the desert! Miko was also top of his insect tracking class and created the first ever pair of insect spy goggles that could see different insect tracks and tells you what type of insect you are looking at! Page 10: Lizzy enjoyed stargazing so much that she was top of the class for astronomy and could name every constellation. Page 11: Even though Miko and Lizzy had some tough times with their ADHD, they both learnt cool tricks to help them feel better and do their best.

On a sunny morning, Lucas and his playful dog Cody set off to explore the river near their village. The water sparkled under the sun, and Lucas couldn’t resist jumping in. Cody splashed alongside him, barking with excitement as they swam and played. As they reached a calm part of the river, Lucas noticed a girl sitting on a rock with a fishing rod. She had braided hair, a straw hat, and a bucket with small fish. “Hi there!” Lucas called out, waving. The girl smiled. “Hi! You and your dog look like you’re having fun.” “We are! I’m Lucas, and this is Cody. What’s your name?” “I’m Zoe,” she said. “I come here to fish. It’s my favorite spot.” Lucas swam closer. “Can you teach me how to fish?” “Sure,” Zoe laughed. “But Cody has to promise not to scare the fish away!” For the next hour, Zoe showed Lucas how to cast a line and wait patiently. Cody tried to “help” by barking at every ripple, making them laugh until their sides hurt. Suddenly, Zoe’s fishing rod bent. “I’ve got something!” she exclaimed. Lucas watched in awe as she reeled in a shiny, wriggling fish. “Wow, that’s amazing!” Lucas said. “Thanks! But I think I’ll let it go,” Zoe said, releasing the fish gently back into the water. As the sun set, painting the sky with orange and pink, the three sat by the riverbank, sharing Lucas’s snacks and telling stories.
