Ndutu's story has been told so many times that people sometimes change the names just to keep it a fun surprise for everyone. But Ndutu’s adventure is not just about why he and his bat friends prefer the night. Oh no, it's much more than that! It's a story about making friends, having to say goodbye sometimes, and finding little specks of light even when it’s really dark outside. So why do bats like Ndutu love the night so much? Well, that’s the secret we’re about to discover together. And as we find out, we'll also learn about the special magic of friendship and how it can light up even the darkest places.  

A witch controls the seasons, making sure that they all come and leave when they are meant to. But, sometimes when it was winter it wouldn't snow, or in summer hail would come about. Soon she finds the witch of weather. And soon, a friendship sprung, the both of them helping to make the weather and seasons match up perfectly

Adam was a young boy who was afraid of doctors because he does not like shots. Every time he goes to the doctor, he is worried about getting a shot. He later learned that shots are good for him because they help his body fight germs. He decided to be brave the next time he gets a shot. And this time he did not cry. He tells the doctor that he is not afraid anymore. And the doctor praises his courage and tells him if he grows up he should become a doctor so he can help people. And he worked on his quest to become a doctor and he does.

1. John Jr and Hopsi wanted a better understanding of the virtue charity. The went to the internet to find out more information. 2. Charity is a generosity and helpfulness especially toward the needy or suffering. also : aid given to those in need. In the Bible, charity is that pure love which our Savior Jesus Christ has. He has commanded us to love one another as He loves us. The scriptures tell us that charity comes from a pure heart We have pure love when, from the heart, we show genuine concern and compassion for all our brothers and sisters. John Jr and Hopsi decide to have pure love from there on out. 3. John Jr and Hopsi thought of ways they could demonstrate charity. They thought up some ideas that they could do which include: Thinking and speaking kindly of others Praying for the needs of others Encouraging others to reach out to people they normally wouldn't Loving family and friends Treating others with respect and kindness Doing good things for others Praying for enemies Speaking the truth in love 4. John Jr and Hopsi decided to raise money or school supplies to help children in need of supplies for school. They selected a date and made up posters for the event to post around town. They also put a notice In the local newspaper. 6. It was the day of John Jr and Hopsi's charitable event. They set up a table with a jar for cash donations. They put out empty boxes for any supplies. Many people came by to drop off donations. The event brought in $3500 and 5 big boxes of an assortment of supplies. The supplies included backpacks, notebooks, coloring and writing supplies and glue. John Jr took everything they had received to the board of education for distribution to children in need.

Rachel and Malik take on new responsibilities at home and in their community. Caring for their pet, completing household chores, and volunteering teach them the value of being dependable and accountable.
