They called for young Sere, in a morning flurry, "Come down and eat, don't be in a hurry!" Sere slid down the banister, like a whirlwind of fun, to the table with food, a battle just begun. There was fruit, pancakes, and waffles galore, oatmeal, juice, milk, and much, much more. On his plate, he piled up the fruit so sweet, and a bowl of marshmallow cereal, a sugary treat. But Sere, oh dear, started to play, with his food, not eating it right away. In his hands, a muffin and melon so cool, in his imagination, he was nobody's fool. "So we meet again, Dr. Cavity," he declared, as into his daydream, he boldly dared. As Super Sere, with a cape so grand, he'd save kids from unhealthy food in the land. Mangoes gave him X-ray vision so keen, to see through the sugar that Dr. Cavity would scheme. Oranges, strawberries, and kiwi so bright, brought vitamin C to heal, with all their might. Berries, for speed to defeat Dr. Cavity's fuss, against sugar-filled cereals, and foods so unjust. But back in the real world, he heard a call, "The bus is here!" – it was time to enthrall. He grabbed an orange, berries in a dash, and off to the bus, he'd quickly flash. Energized and eager, for the day ahead, his lunch bag adventures, no one could dread. For Sere was a hero, fighting the good fight, making healthy choices, morning and night. The end of this tale, with lessons quite clear, choose healthy foods, have no fear. Be a superhero, just like Sere, and your body and mind will always be in the clear”

In a faraway forest, a monkey and a donkey lived together in harmony. The monkey was clever and mischievous, while the donkey was patient and strong. Despite their differences, they were the best of friends, spending their days playing and searching for food together. One day, the monkey came up with an idea and said excitedly: "My dear donkey, let's go to the farm at the edge of the forest! It’s full of delicious fruits. This is our chance!" The donkey hesitated and replied: "But that farm belongs to humans. It might be dangerous." The monkey laughed and jumped around. "Don’t worry, my friend! I’m fast, and you’re strong. They won’t catch us!" The donkey, trusting his friend, agreed. They sneaked into the farm, and the monkey quickly climbed the trees, picking bananas and apples, tossing them down to the donkey, who happily ate. Suddenly, they heard the farmer shouting: "Who’s stealing my fruits?!" The monkey instantly jumped up and disappeared into the trees. But the donkey, unable to move quickly, froze in place. The farmer rushed over, caught him, and tied him in the barn as punishment. Meanwhile, the monkey escaped back to the forest alone. Hours passed, and guilt filled the monkey’s heart. He couldn't leave his friend behind. That night, he sneaked back into the farm, carefully opened the barn door, and whispered: "Donkey, let’s get out of here!" The donkey hurried outside, but before leaving, he stopped and said: "You knew this was dangerous, yet you convinced me to do it. A true friend doesn’t leave his friend behind in trouble." The monkey felt ashamed and apologized sincerely. He had learned a valuable lesson about friendship and loyalty. From that day on, he became wiser and never put his friend in danger again. As they was shopping they saw a family who had matching outfits on. John Jr gave them a compliment. The family smiled at John Jr and Vasi. 3. John Jr shared a quote by Mark Twain "Kindness is the language which the deaf can hear and the blind can see". John Jr and Vasi tell each other how easy it is to be kind 4. John Jr and Vasi saw a mom with 5 young kids struggling to push two carts to her car. John Jr and Vasi go over and push the 2nd cart and help keep the kids safe. At the car, John Jr and Vasi helped to unload the carts. The momma was very appreciative and gave John Jr and Vasi some candy she had just bought. 5. John Jr and Vasi head home and give bird seed to the birds along the way. At home John Jr tells his parents about his goal to be the kindest person. His parents hugged him and said that was a wonderful goal.
