The book is called Pauly’s Pool Day. It's a Children's Book with a targeted audience of 3yrs-3th grade and revolves around body image and self-confidence as a young kid of color finding his worth. It is an engaging and heartwarming tale that combines the insecurities young boy might have going to the pool with not taking their shirt off and gaining confidence from his parents The manuscript is complete, and I am now seeking an illustrator who can capture the essence of the story through captivating visuals that will appeal to readers of all ages.

A boy and girl decide to play with legos on a rainy afternoon in a childs bedroom. They are trying to build a tall tower with Lego Duplos, but the tower keeps toppling over. The children are getting upset, but Bot, the friendly robot comes to the rescue to teach them how to learn from challenges. He guides them step by step how to solve their problem through the engineering design process. The children put the engineering design process to use and decide to build their tower with a wide base to help it stand. Their idea works and they celebrate. They thank Bot and Bot tells them they did it all themselves by Applying the engineering design process. The book closes with Bot saying, remember, next time you face a challenge, put the engineering design process to use!

Once upon a time, in a cozy burrow under a big oak tree, lived a little rabbit named Pip. Pip loved carrots more than anything in the world. He'd spend his days hopping around the garden, munching on crunchy carrots with a big, happy smile. One sunny morning, Pip's mom surprised him with a special treat: carrot cake! It was fluffy and delicious, with tiny carrots peeking out from the frosting. Pip took one bite and his eyes widened with delight. This was the best thing he'd ever tasted! But Pip was a curious little rabbit. He wanted to know how the cake was made. So, he followed his mom into the kitchen. There, he watched as she mixed flour, sugar, and eggs. Then, she added grated carrots and a secret ingredient that smelled wonderful. Pip's nose twitched with excitement. When the cake was baking, Pip hopped around the kitchen, sniffing the delicious smell. Finally, it was time to eat! The cake was even better than he remembered. Pip licked his whiskers happily. From that day on, Pip loved helping his mom bake carrot cake. Together, they made the best carrot cake in the whole forest! And every time they took a bite, they remembered the fun they had making it together.

A Library Book is excited to be the newest book in the library. Children are excited to borrow the new book. we follow one boy on his week with the library book reading it in the back of his car, at dr appointments and at bedtime. When the boy returns the book to the library a new boy checks it out. This boy is named Edward. Edward does not take care of the library book. He leaves it on the floor. A dog picks up the book in its mouth and carries it outside. Edwards mom finds the book outside and puts it in a dark closet. The library book is so sad. He sits in the dark closet for weeks until a letter comes from the library saying "Please return this book to the library, if this book has gone missing, please replace the book so others can enjoy it" Edward forgot all about the library book! He looks in all the regular places, on his bookshelf, under his bed. He can't find it anywhere! Finally Edwards mom tells Edward, "Maybe we need to start looking in some weird places" Edward looks on top of the fridge, behind the computer, even in his dirty clothes basket. Edward finally opens up the closet to find the lost library book! Edward and his mom bring the book back to the library where a young girl promptly checks it out again
