Esta es la historia de Mateo. Un niño curioso y feliz. Mateo vive con su mamá Clau, su papá Esteban y su hermanita Julia. Le encanta comer dulces, él mismo dice que es “dulcero”. Una noche mientras dormía soñó que salía a pasear en bici por el barrio y de repente se encontró con los superhéroes “Hulk”, “Spiderman” y “Capitán América”. Eran en realidad los hijos de los superhéroes adultos. Mateo estaba feliz, les mostró su bici y le contó de su jardín y sus amigos. Los niños superhéroes escuchaban atentos. De repente les llegó una misión: había un gatito atrapado en un árbol. Era hora de actuar! Y como Mateo estaba justo con ellos, le pidieron que los ayude. Entre todos lograron rescatar al pobre gatito y devolverlo a su dueña, que estaba muy agradecida. De repente Mateo se despertó, se dio cuenta que todo había sido un sueño. Pero en el piso vio un poco de “telaraña” que era de Spiderman. Sonrió.

1: In the sparkling waters of Blue Wave Bay lived two dolphins, Spirit and Splash. Spirit was a little dolphin with a twinkle in her eye, always curious and eager to learn. Splash, her older brother, was strong, swift, and known as the best jumper in the whole bay. 2: One sunny morning, Spirit swam up to Splash. "Splash, can you teach me how to do tricks and jump like you?" she asked, her tail flipping with excitement. 3: Splash smiled and nodded. "Of course, little sister! But remember, it takes practice and patience. Let’s start with something easy—a spin!" 4: Splash leaped out of the water, twirling in the air like a silver ribbon. Spirit watched in awe, then tried her best. She leaped but only managed a wobbly twist before splashing back into the sea. 5: "That was great for a first try, Spirit !" Splash encouraged. "Now, let's keep practicing. Soon, you'll be spinning like a star!" 6: Spirit practiced every day, twirling and spinning until she felt dizzy. With each attempt, she got better and better. Splash was always there, cheering her on. 7: One day, Splash decided it was time for the big jump. "Are you ready to leap through the rainbow waves?" he asked. Spirit felt a flutter in her belly but nodded bravely. 8: Splash demonstrated a high, graceful jump, soaring through a colorful arch of water. Spirit took a deep breath and followed. She sprang from the sea, her heart racing, and for the first time, she cleared the rainbow waves! 9: As she landed back in the water, Spirit ’s eyes sparkled with joy. "I did it, Splash! I really did it!" 10: Splash swam up beside her, proud and happy. "You did, Spirit ! You worked hard, and now you're a true jumper!" 11: From that day on, Spirit and Splash spent their days performing tricks together, spinning, leaping, and playing in the waves. Spirit knew that with her brother by her side, she could do anything.

They were about to meet Mrs. B, the new art teacher known for her creative spirit and warm heart. As the students walked into Mrs. B’s Creative Studio, they were greeted by a room filled with colorful art supplies, inspiring artwork, and a cheerful atmosphere. Mrs. B, with her bright smile and enthusiastic energy, welcomed each student with a warm hug and a kind word. “Welcome to my Creative Studio!” Mrs. B said with a twinkle in her eye. “This year, we’re going to explore art in new and exciting ways. Each of you will have the chance to create, discover, and share your own unique talents.” To kick off the year, Mrs. B announced their first project: “The Dream Catcher Collage.” This project was designed to help each student express their hopes and dreams while getting to know one another. Mrs. B explained the steps for the Dream Catcher Collage: The students eagerly began their collages, sharing their dreams and ideas with Mrs. B and each other. Some dreamed of becoming astronauts, others wanted to create amazing art, and a few wished to help animals. As they worked, Mrs. B encouraged them, saying, “Remember, your dreams are like stars in the sky—each one is special and adds to the beauty of our world.” By the end of the class, the Dream Wall was adorned with vibrant and imaginative dream catchers, each one reflecting the students’ hopes and aspirations. Mrs. B admired their work and said, “Your dream catchers are wonderful! They remind us that each of us has unique dreams and talents. Let’s work together this year to help each other’s dreams come true.” The students left the Creative Studio feeling inspired and excited about the year ahead. They knew that with Mrs. B’s guidance, they would explore their creativity and support one another in achieving their dreams.

In Tinkerton, lived a mischievous yet lovable dog named Spud. Spud was known for his mischief. Spud set off into the town, ready to cause some mischief. Spud's first stop was the park, where he spotted a group of ducks waddling by the pond. Spud chased the ducks into the water, causing a big splash. "Bad Dog Spud!" quacked the ducks as they paddled away. Next, he spotted pies sitting on a windowsill. Spud snuck up and stole a pie, gobbling it up "Bad Dog Spud!" cried the baker But Spud's happiest moment came when he spotted the school bus. Spud took off after the bus. The children laughed but the bus driver shook his head and said, "Bad Dog Spud!" Spud's mischief only seemed to grow. He chased squirrels, dug up flower beds, and even tried to sneak into the local butcher’s shop. "Bad Dog Spud!" scolded the shop owner as he shooed him away. He went home, as he drifted off to sleep with dreams of more adventures. Despite his mischievous ways, there was no dog quite like Spud.

The book is called Pauly’s Pool Day. It's a Children's Book with a targeted audience of 3yrs-3th grade and revolves around body image and self-confidence as a young kid of color finding his worth. It is an engaging and heartwarming tale that combines the insecurities young boy might have going to the pool with not taking their shirt off and gaining confidence from his parents The manuscript is complete, and I am now seeking an illustrator who can capture the essence of the story through captivating visuals that will appeal to readers of all ages.

Likkle bus is a Jamaican ginger and white cat. he is fat. he is a semi domesticated cat. he loves to sleep outside. In the mornings he would scratch the door for Milton or Sherrian , her owners to open the door for him he would walk down to him feeding pan to check if food was in it. he love to eat Freekies pepples and Jamaican grace frankfurters. After eating he would lay on the mat in front of the 6 burner stove and sleep. He eat 3 times per day. If he is not given food as soon as he reaches his combined dish, he will slightly scratch who ever was walking past him. Sadly Likkle bus got in a fight with a another cat which caused him to be injured badly. He was taken to the vet.

Tito did not give up. He went to Leo the rabbit, who suggested: “Jump as high as you can!”. Tito tried, but the moon was still far away. Then he met Bruno the bear. “Use a tall ladder!”, Bruno said laughing. Tito built a ladder out of twigs, but it wasn’t enough. Sad, Tito lay down on the grass. Then he saw the reflection of the moon in a pond and understood: even if he couldn't touch the real moon, he could admire it every night and dream! From that day on, Tito understood that sometimes you don't need to reach the stars to be happy: you just need to look at them and never stop dreaming. 🌟 And they all lived happily ever after. 🐭🌕
