As AI continues to transform industries, the future of work demands flexibility, lifelong learning, and aligning our careers with our strengths and values. We can’t prepare for jobs that don’t exist yet, but we can cultivate skills that allow us to adapt—creativity, collaboration, and leadership. The key is to reflect on your vocation and values: Does your work bring you alive? Are you creating value for others?
