Queen Vashti Banished: Queen Vashti refuses to appear before the king, so he deposes her. Esther Becomes Queen: A Jewish woman, Esther, is chosen as the new queen, but she keeps her Jewish identity secret. Haman’s Rise & Plot: Haman, the king’s advisor, hates the Jew Mordecai (Esther’s cousin) for not bowing to him and convinces the king to issue a decree to kill all Jews. Mordecai & Esther’s Plan: Mordecai urges Esther to speak to the king to save her people, despite the risk. Esther’s Courage: Esther hosts two banquets and finally reveals to the king that she is Jewish and that Haman is plotting against her people. Haman’s Downfall: The king, enraged, orders Haman to be hanged on the gallows Haman had built for Mordecai. Jews Saved & Victory Celebrated: The king allows the Jews to defend themselves, leading to their victory over their enemies. Purim Established: A joyous festival is declared to commemorate their survival.

Page 1 On a sunny day, Alex, Lily, and Sam went on a school trip to Lung Yeuk Tau! They heard there were many interesting stories there. Page 2 When they arrived at Lung Yeuk Tau, they first saw a mountain that looked like a dragon. Everyone exclaimed, “What a beautiful place!” They couldn't wait to explore the secrets of the area. Page 3 Alex suggested they visit the Old Wai village. There were many old buildings, and the walls had small holes to see outside. The kids felt like they were in a storybook. Page 4 In the village, they met an uncle who told them the history of Lung Yeuk Tau. The kids listened eagerly, especially about the Tang family and the pirates. Page 5 Next, they went to the Tin Hau Temple and saw the statue and ancient bells. Lily asked, “What are those bells for?” The uncle explained, “They are used to pray for safety!” Page 6 The kids decided to have lunch in front of the temple. The uncle shared some traditional snacks with them, and they felt the warmth of Lung Yeuk Tau's culture. Page 7 After lunch, they visited the Song Ling Tang Temple. Sam said, “This place is so interesting! We can learn a lot about history here.” Everyone agreed and felt very happy. Page 8 At the end, the kids took a group photo on the mountain, promising to come back to Lung Yeuk Tau for more adventures. They headed home with wonderful memories. This version maintains simplicity and clarity, making it suitable for elementary school students.

One day a village elder tells him of a Lion who lives far away but can help kofi's vision. the boy makes the long trek The Lion doctor examines the boy's eyes. He gives him a pair of eyeglasses. the boy returns home wearing his new eyeglasses but takes a long time as he is distracted by all of the new things that he sees, flowers, insects, birds, clouds. Once home he sees his mother clearly for the first time and tells her that he has the prettiest mother in the world which makes her cry for joy. He now can play with his friends. then he tells other villagers of his good fortune with the doctor and many of them also visit the lion and areturn wearing glasses. there is joy and fun in the village.

Happy, relaxed day. 2. The grand prize is a bunny named Bonita. Out of 22 children, Susie wins the bunny. Her best friend Jodi was a sore loser and was mad she didn’t win. 3. Mom Wilma explains that you win some and you lose some. But at the end of the day, your friends and family are more important than anything else. You should celebrate your loved one’s accomplishments. This made sense to Susie so she felt bad and apologized and at the end of the day everybody was friends again.

One morning Ahana woke to the sound of her little sister crying, said “Ahana do you know where Teddify is.” “No, I don’t know but let’s go find her” said Ahana as she put on her detective outfit. They first searched all around the house for Teddify. Ahana then ran up to their dad. “Dad, do you know where Teddify is” asked Ahana. “I don’t know maybe she went for a walk,” said dad as he chuckled The girls walked down the street to the supermarket hand in hand. Helena asked, “Hi there have you seen Teddify?” “No sorry, not in the shop but I saw one on the park bench this morning ” said Bella sadly. They ran to the park, Helena found a teddy. “This is my teddy” screamed a little girl. “but but” sputtered Helena. Ahana asked both the little girls to please stop arguing, she crouched down to Helena and asked “Doesn’t Teddify have a jumper?” “Yes, she does, sorry” said Helena glumly walking back to the house. When they came back home, Kate saw Helena crying. “Oh no Helena are you alright? Why are you crying?” she asked. Ahana explained how Teddify was missing and how they searched for her everywhere the whole morning. “Mum, have you seen Teddify?” the girls asked. “Sorry no I have been busy doing laundry this morning” replied mum. Hearing this, Ahana’s face lit up “Follow me Helena” she cried. Five seconds later they were ripping clothes out of the basket and at the bottom they found a clean and shiny Teddify. Cuddling Teddify close Helena gave Ahana a big hug and thanked her. “Another case solved!!” the girls cried in unison.
